Nine out of ten “can’t connect” problems come down to one setting. Point your console’s Primary DNS at the address below and you’re in. Everything else on your console keeps working exactly like before.

Primary DNS 192.236.168.216
Secondary DNS 192.255.226.201

PS3 console

  1. Settings → Network Settings → Internet Connection Settings
  2. Pick your connection, choose Custom
  3. Leave everything Automatic until DNS Setting → Manual
  4. Primary DNS 192.236.168.216 · Secondary 192.255.226.201
  5. Save, run Test Connection, restart the game

RPCS3 on PC

  1. Configuration → Network
  2. Connection status: Connected
  3. DNS: 192.236.168.216
  4. Restart RPCS3, boot the game
